Maybe you are looking for some, “you” time before a busy work week?

Join a professional skating coach for the full hour with some motivational music

and brush up your skating skills to choreography.

Improving your balance, flexibility and strength is just a bonus!!!

SYNCHRONIZED SKATING or "Synchro"

This specialized skating discipline involves groups of 8 or more skaters performing various formations

(lines, circles, blocks) and transitions on the ice in unison to music.

It is a great team sport that allows flow, power and FUN with a chance to perform

the routine at the year end Ice Show.
